• The preparation and shipping time of the products will be from 2-5 working days of the products in stock.
    • For custom made garments the delivery time may vary from 10 to 15 working days depending on the time of the year or the volume of orders we have in the workshop.
    • If any additional costs are incurred in the shipment, whether for customs clearance or similar, these shall be borne by the customer.
    • All purchases are shipped from Spain by courier or registered mail:
      • Peninsula: 5’50€ standard shipping by GLS courier with delivery service from 24 to 72 hours.
      • Balearic Islands: 9’50€ standard shipping by GLS courier with delivery service from 48 to 72 hours.
      • Canary Islands: 9’50€ standard shipping by CERTIFIED MAIL.
      • Europe: 13’50€ standard shipping by GLS courier (Italy, France and Germany).
      • United Kingdom (UK): 19’50€ standard shipping by CERTIFIED MAIL
      • Other countries: 17€.
    • All shipments have an assigned number that can be tracked to their destination.
    • When placing your order, check your shipping information and phone number.
    • It is important that you provide us with a correct address, because if it is incorrectly written, even if it is only one digit, and the package has already been sent to its destination, we will have to make a new shipment and you will have to pay for it.
    • In the event that the order is returned to us because it has not been possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated (within the deadlines stipulated by the courier company), the reshipment will be made after reimbursement of the shipping costs.

Shipments by GLS

        • Once your order is completed, you will receive e-mails from GLS with the tracking of your package. -If delivery has not been possible after two delivery attempts, it will remain at the destination delegation for 15 days before being returned to the sender.

Shipping by Correos

      • Delivery times will depend on the country as well as customs fees, in any case, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment.
      • Delivery times may take longer than usual during special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is a factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the courier service.
      • If your package takes more than 3 weeks to arrive at its destination, write us an email and we will proceed to claim your package.
